Slow and unprofessional from beginning...at check in lady didn't really knew how to check messages in for my job related injury... But she was trying... Couple hours later I'm in the room 9 04.02. 2025 around 4 pm and Dr come in Saw my report of accident paperwork and said that's job related stuff I'll have to get you somebody else and walked out... Still waiting... Hope they don't let meet die in here
Horrible experience. Excessive long wait time and the queue number provided is just a random number and no indication of when I will be called. It’s a haphazard system with no order.
Stay away from this place! I’m right now in the urgent care in Bellevue WA. It’s been almost 2+ hours now, sitting in the lobby. I’m told it could take more and I am free to come again later if I want!! UPDATE 02/24 - I’ve already emailed the given email ID on 02/21, but have not received any response yet.
Being able to be seen any time at this urgent care clinic is the best thing about being a KP member. I know of no other 24/7 urgent care facility that has lab and radiology (X-rays, MRI, CT). All other urgent care facilities have limited services and limited hours. KP’s Urgent Care usually triages me within 30 minutes, and I’m usually out within 3 hours with prescriptions for medication that I can pick up at their in-house pharmacy.
