After getting my throat swabbed the nurse told me to wait for a doctor to come out and tell me my test results, I waited over 2 1/2 hours until I got up to say something, the receptionist told me to call a number for a nurse to tell me my test results just for them to say they’re negative and I should drink water and take ibuprofen. The lack of communication between nurse, doctor and patient is astoundingly bad and costed me at least 2 hours of sitting in pain when I could’ve just gone home.
Drove all the way from Everett for care. Sat in the waiting room for 3 hours in extreme pain, discomfort, and nausea. Left without being seen. Kaiser do better. This isnt "urgent care". Also- maybe have more than 2 locations for your urgent patient care. Worst care I've ever received.

The doctor i met with today was rude and unprofessional. No matter what i came in for the doctor should be polite and respectful. Everyone else was nice, but i would rather go to seattle urgent care were i am respected by the doctors. Made me wait 2 hours just for the doctor to be rude and treat me like im stupid and saying he had more important matters then what i came on for. i believe his name was Chris. He must have been on some power trip. Beware when coming here.
