Not a Clinic but an Office/Hub for KP home health and Hospice. (where clerks and management work from but a one stop location for Nurses/Rehab before they head out for the day with their patient visits) Location of Home Health, Hospice, Long Term Care and Medical Transport (as of recently for MTS). Not correct number to call for appts or information other than just Home Health/Hospice. Member services or Tustin Ranch are separate entities entirely!! Not a location for patients to enter without proper badges.
Dont ever use hospice through kaiser . I called to speak to a supervisor about medical negligence and unfortunately was verbally attacked by the supervisor . She was very combative for no reason and wouldnt help me . My client is dying of pancreatic cancer and he was very unhappy with the care he was getting said he was in alot of pain after the caregivers had roughed him up and they also were not changing his bandages . I'm SUPER disappointed and disturbed ....I went in to get services this person was on the PHONE, a personal call with a friend while checking me in with my personal information and giving me a shot ? are you kidding me ?????? I really can't. I'm going to seek legal this is ridiculous and I feel my information was compromised.
FOR ALMOST 40 YEARS GREAT SERVICE EVERY TIME
A closed controlling organization that makes contacting those in charge to discuss an issue nearly impossible. KP used to be good company to have as my medical provider. Now it so concerned about itself and maintaining any a narrow means to resolve problems, that they have become a problem. As a member I can no longer recommend them. Too bad.
