Dont ever use hospice through kaiser . I called to speak to a supervisor about medical negligence and unfortunately was verbally attacked by the supervisor . She was very combative for no reason and wouldnt help me . My client is dying of pancreatic cancer and he was very unhappy with the care he was getting said he was in alot of pain after the caregivers had roughed him up and they also were not changing his bandages . I'm SUPER disappointed and disturbed ....I went in to get services this person was on the PHONE, a personal call with a friend while checking me in with my personal information and giving me a shot ? are you kidding me ?????? I really can't. I'm going to seek legal this is ridiculous and I feel my information was compromised.

A closed controlling organization that makes contacting those in charge to discuss an issue nearly impossible. KP used to be good company to have as my medical provider. Now it so concerned about itself and maintaining any a narrow means to resolve problems, that they have become a problem. As a member I can no longer recommend them. Too bad.
