I had a CT test ordered by my Cardiologist. It was outsourced to an outside company (Radnet). Their staff forget to tell me to get lab work. When I arrived for the test they told me I couldn't get the test done because the lab work wasn't done. When I arrived at Kaiser, Thousand Oaks, Advice Nurse Lindsey RN listened to what happened and resolved my issue in a timely manner. She was professional, caring and knew that I was upset. Her calming voice put me at ease. Thank you, Lindsey.
Even when the lime seems long, the team seems to get people through fairly quickly. All the phlebotomist I Have had have been very kind.
