I had the best experience with the staff at Kaiser Hillcrest urgent care. They were attentive, genuine, and went out of their way to help me. It’s because of people like them that I truly feel Kaiser is worth it.
We have been with Kaiser for many years most doctors listen to your concerns. After listening they provide an understandable response after taking appropriate actions such as additional test or in some cases referral to a specialist. The only concern we had was due to a nurse placing an IV on my wife, the nurse missed the vein several times, and a second nurse had to do it, this was an isolated event.
I love Kaiser Permanente hospital. The staff is very friendly, and it’s not too crowded. The service is quick, and the place is clean. I highly recommend this hospital for great care and a welcoming environment. You’ll feel comfortable and well cared for during your visit.
