Always have had a good experience here and the people are super nice.
I happened to arrive at my appointment extremely late, 30 mins in fact , and knew there wasn’t a chance I’d be seen, however upon arriving, Ms. Bridget, the receptionist at the center was incredibly understanding, and put in a call to my doctor to see if any space was available for me, and it worked!!!! She’s exceptional, completely made my day, and for that reason alone… I’d recommend anyone seeking care to choose Kaiser Permanente Southwood.
