Front Desk receptionist, Bridgette was very warm and welcoming. She was patient in assisting members with the kiosk and overall very polite and respectful. Dr. Rao was so knowledgeable in her specialty and went above and beyond to make sure several treatment options were laid out and that I understood everything she reviewed. Dr. Blake Smiths training and education are not up to date. I would not recommend the ENT department at Kaiser Permanente. He ruined my quality of life due to being overly aggressive during surgery and unnecessarily removing my middle nasal turbinates. This doctor and Kaiser Permanente should be held accountable. Every day is a struggle for me. Other ENT doctors have seen me since surgery with Dr Blake Smith and they couldn't believe what they saw. There is no cure for what he did to me.
During our last visit, we had an appointment with Dr. Janelle v Robinson. Unfortunately, we experienced very unprofessional behavior. She spoke to us in a harsh and disrespectful manner and did not provide complete or clear medical information. During the ultrasound, she was not careful, which caused the patient significant pain. It appeared that the doctor was indifferent and did not show proper concern. Due to this experience, we are also considering filing a formal complaint as well .
