I was not excited about getting a colonoscopy, but my experience at Kaiser Southwood and their GI team was awesome! Azzie, Shanna, Zack, Veronica, Dr. Shah, and Aria were a delight to work with.
Dr. Jones and the Nurse were familiar with my husband situation They knew what to do to make him feel better. They were very knowledgeable and courteous.
I love the Southwood Office at Kaiser. Recently I had to have surgery. From the time I checked in, everyone, Dr. Crosmer, Azzie, Dawn and Rita, were very professional, friendly, and courteous. And this is every time I visit one of their facilities. Whether Southwood, Duluth, or Glenlake, my experience is always the same.
