The experience today with my colonoscopy was smooth and professional. Pre- Kassandra RN; Intra- Dawn RN; Post- Denise RN…. They were super!!!
Dr. Brownstein has a great bedside manners. He spoke to me with respect and presented as if he genuinely cared. His team of Denise, Dawn, and Liz were equally as caring and friendly with the same professional mannerisms as Dr. Brownstein. I have only one complaint and it is that I did not get a lollipop afterwards…kidding of course. Dr. Brownstein and his team were great. Hope to get him and his team the next time I have to get this procedure.
Mrs.Sharon was extremely amazing she calm me down before starting she definitely someone who cares for her Patients she is very wonderful
Felt like I’m jus judged and they think I come for same pain and they just gave me Tylenol I could take at home and I think they treat me like I’m a drug addict this hopefully will be my last visit looking for other insurance or just hit another er
I’m extremely disappointed with the care I’ve received from Kaiser Permanente. I have been sick for over a month and still feel like no one is truly listening to my concerns. Yes, I was originally diagnosed with a respiratory infection that later turned into Bell’s palsy, but my symptoms have continued to get worse.
