If I could give no stars I would: I am extremely disappointed with the customer service I received during my recent visit to Kaiser. I was in the lab after successfully scheduling my appointment online, expecting a smooth process. Unfortunately, that was not the case. When I arrived, I was assisted by a shorter-stature woman who was neither welcoming nor helpful.
