I had a total hip replacement surgery 6 weeks ago. I thank Dr Vincent Boswell at Kaiser Permanente and his team for a great post operative recovery. I haven’t had any problems, am walking independently and able to do some chores at home. My hip is pain free for the first time in 2 years.
The emergency room team is amazing. Ms. Alesia Jackson was awesome in making sure i got the information I needed before discharge, Ms. Shirley Giles is the best phlebotomis that I have ever had the pleasure to have my blood taken by. Ms. Anita James was a very kind and courteous tech. Dr. Pafford was very kind and concerned about asking questions to come up with a plan to make me better. The overall experience was 5 star service from beginning to end. Thank you Kaiser team for your 5 star service.
Few Kaiser locations are open late for urgent care in the metro Atlanta area. Even though it was a bit of a drive for me personally, there’s no location I’d rather go to. Extremely friendly and knowledgeable team. You can tell that they genuinely get along with one another.
It is always a pleasure being seen at Kaiser Southwood. Whether coming in for myself or bringing my mom. The care is excellent!
