Wait times for follow up appointments are way too long - inexcess of months Too many interns and high turnover rate of providers equates to inconsistent therapy I have even gone to private providers and paid out of pocket for their therapy. I would not recommend Kaiser Psychiatry.
I wish I could remember how to spell the lady's name because she deserves recognition. Her name was hard to pronounce so I won't try spelling it. But I felt like I was in good hands.
Very happy with my doctor and the whole medical and administrative team at Kaiser!
Billed $10,000.00 for the ER after we already paid $500.00 and the balance due was $0.00, they never told us until we received a warning over text and warned that they would tell the IRS. We tried to pay, but apparently you can't pay with bank accounts outside of the US, so we couldn't even pay the bill. Had to get a relative who lives in the US to pay on our behalf. Terrible terrible healthcare.
