While therapist was nice guy, the whole experience wasn't great. Not able to see therapist often enough. Had no choice of in-person therapist. Could only see a trainee who did not have the experience level I would have liked, so he wasn't very helpful. Had to wait for assessment appt and then wait again for first appt, so delay starting was disapointing. Now after a couple months of therapy my trainee therapist is ending his rotation and I will have to start again with another therapist. Come on, Kaiser. Your mental health d... read more

I just want to say how incredibly grateful I am for every therapist, provider, and instructor I’ve worked with through Kaiser’s mental health programs. IOP, Pathways, and the follow‑up classes have been life‑changing for me in ways I didn’t even realize I needed.
