This facility is rundown and the staff are disorganized. I had an appointment for a single immunization. At Tustin Ranch or Irvine this would be a 5-minute visit, it took an hour and a half at Santa Ana. Based on the filth in the AC registers, it is pretty clear that no one is maintaining the HVAC system, God knows what lovely stuff is growing in there.
Doctor Crystal at the Santa Ana office is the best
Dr. Morales at the Tustin-Santa Ana office took the time to explain to me whatever is happening to me. He offered me options to address my concerns and helped me decide on what to do. His nurse was genuine and caring. It was a very good visit for me.
