The pharmacy here is the worst thing!! I have pneumonia and that is also causing my eye to flare up. The longer I go without a specific steroid drop, the more it flares. I can barely tolerate the pain and they said they told my husband on Tuesday that the drips would be here on Thursday... well here I am and NO prescription! Now they say I have to go to another location. This will be my last year with Kaiser! Horrible horrible horrible. The drs are actually nice but if I can’t get the meds I need, why see the doctor?
Where is the 0 star option? Avoid Kaiser and their medical facilities at all cost! When you have a problem, this provider will spend their time and effort to fight you and shrug off responsibility instead of helping you. I had the worst experience at their Sandy Springs Medical Center where their dermatologist, Dr. Spektor, not only did not inform me the details of the procedure beforehand but also did not provide antibiotics even though I told her I have serious sensitive skin condition which made me prone to infection. This place took 3 hours of my life away (on a work day) so I feel like spending another 10 minutes with a review. HORRIBLE pharmacy. Trying to call and make an appointment is the most ridiculous thing ever. Keiser as a whole was good in the past but since I came back this year it has been mess up after mess up.
