Doctors and staff work together for a smooth member experience. Lab testing is quick. My doctor calls me to review my lab results. Email communication with my Doctor through the KP app is easy and they are responsive. After every appointment they email me resources and follow ups, which is super helpful. They set up my next appointment if needed when I am inside with the physician assistants. The lab was quick and efficient. The pharmacy was excellent...there was a short wait time but was basically in and out!
