We loved how there wasn’t a long wait. Other places you have an appointment and there is still a long wait. Very professional and the Doctor took the time to talk to us, and recommended a solution to each one.
My Kaiser Experience Today’s visit at Stonecrest was the most excellent service I’ve had in my life. I love Kaiser Permanente and am a new member. I was warmly greeted and assisted by Ms. Dee with Security who checked me in for lab and my appointment and further greeted with a welcome bag by Ms. Lori, PRA. Dr. Edwards was very thorough as were the nurses providing care. Rhonda took good care of me in X-ray as well as the lab techs (Kim and Shanelle) and pharmacy. I went to East medical kaiser eye care for eye test on 3.8.23. There was a mix up on schedule and I was suppose to be at Franklin medical Kaiser. Trish from the eye department at East medical did the eye test anyway. she went out of her way to be kind and helpful. Thank you . I appreciate your kindness .
