Short wait in Urgent Care. Courteous caring staff. Excellent communication-clear explanations, my questions were answered clearly, I was not spoken down to. Visit results were provided promptly.
I had a back surgery done by Dr. Steven Carl Sherping it was a successful surgery. I was not able to stand or walk for few minutes but thank the Almighty after the surgery I am back to my normal life. Dr. Scherping is a very patient oriented Surgeon and is a very kind person. I was fortunate to have the surgery done by him.

Starting my Kaiser visit off with a bang today. Getting checked in by Mrs. Alexis. She was the sun to this rainy day. Considering I was in a little pain and had some concerns. I forgot all about them while talking to Mrs. Alexis. Mrs. Alexis is that type of nurse you love to see when coming to your doctor's appointment. She very professional with that great southern hospitality attitude. I just want to send a thank you to Mrs. Alexis and a thanks to Kaiser Permanente for hiring such a great person.
I was unaware that medical procedures could be so amazing. This is the best experience I have ever had from any medical provider or location. I can't recommend this enough. The staff are attentive, kind, and caring. Everything is in one spot and there is barely ANY waiting time. They don't try to rush you out the door but instead welcome you to engage with them openly so they can actually get you the best help you need. Amazing.
The receptionist Christine M. was very helpful and pleasant Dr. Martin was Awesome and attentive to my needs Nurse Jennifer was patient and explained clearly what needed to be administered. Thank you Fayetteville Kaiser
