horrible service today. my daughter went in for her 37 week ov/gyn checkup and had her 1 year old daughter with her. the front end receptionist told her she can't take her daughter into the room with her and proceeded to tell her its not her problem she didn't have a babysitter. rude as hell! she hasn't had an in person appt in months and she's not about to leave a 1 year old in the hallway! thank you to the supervisor for fixing that situation but shame on the way they speak to people. you ight want to teach your personnel ... read more

My daughter has been here since 9 am and have not been able to talk or see her since they took her to preop. I understand this crazy world however patients needs should be met first. If you had made it clear from the beginning I would never have stayed at this hospital since 9 am this morning, risking my health, but I did because it’s my daughter. She has been I. Recovery since 12:30 and still isn’t ready to come home and still cannot see or talk to her. SHAME ON YOU!!!!
