Had LTKR last Wed and every person connected with and working on my case was kind, personable and professional ! I felt blessed to be under the care of that Dept and group/ A supportive and affirming team working towards my best possible outcome! And the room service food was excellent - including a really good warm chocolate chip cookie .
I just took my daughter there to be seen at Urgent Care. We are from New York and all they cared about was their member fee. I told them my daughter is not well and she said my insurance will most likely not cover it blah blah blah I will need to pay out of pocket. Ok can she go to the ER then? Something needs to change in the emergency/urgent care department. Last month it took us 5 HOURS to be seen for a bleeding head wound that needed staples in the ER, and last night we waited an hour in urgent care for what we suspected was a fractured arm, with people throwing up everywhere and spreading their germs, only to have the floor nurse come out and tell us that the wait would be another 2 hours!! One disappointment after the other. Been with Kaiser not by choice for one year now. Have only been able to see my primary doctor once in one year. Each and every time I get an early morning call telling me he overbooked and can't see me. Once I demanded to at least see a different doctor as I had taken time off work. The lady I got was HORRIBLE, no help!! I feel like cattle at Kaiser and I have a feeling Cuba takes better care of their patients. Not happy at all I'm a placenta previa and lost a ton of blood passed several clots the size of an apple and the only thing they did was give me fluid, no ultrasound to check for a placental abruption, nothing just here have an iv. Wish I could post the pictures of the blood loss

They saved my husbands life! Came into ER for a fever, found a heart condition he added born with and a leaky valve!. Had surgery at Sunset, again received excellent service! Wouldn't give up Kaiser for anything. Maybe not always be 'perfect ' but nothing ever is. And they are leaps and bounds above the competitors.
Everytime we go in to er we r in and out. Both my kids were born here and i had the best exsperience with kaiser been going here my whole life love it
