The doctors and nurses may be “heroes“ but the people who schedule the appointments should go through a stricter protocol and better training. They seem to be completely unaware of when appointments need to be made, when people need to arrive, and when their doctors and nurses arrive. It took two weeks to schedule a vasectomy which should’ve been done after the baby was born and then was told to arrive an hour early. I have belonged to Kaiser for over 30 years. Started in Fontana then Santa Clara and now Santa Ana. The doctor's have saved my life and my husband's several times. i have always had pleasant nurses and doctors. Would recommend Kaiser to everyone.

Traumatizing experience to say the least. I’m too scared to ever go to the doctor again. It was like the Twilight zone the way that nurse and doctor treated me. I’m shocked that two employees like that still have jobs. I know I’m not unique and am not the first person they abused. They were too comfortable acting that way. They sure changed their tune when witnesses came into the room...
2 West is AWESOME. i was in ICU for 6 weeks. The team (including Pulmonary and Doctors) were compassionate, rugged, caring, courageous and professional. They tried to make me feel normal when I was at my worst. They made my anxious wife feel welcome and not alone. and I survived!! I can't possibly thank them enough or recommend them more.
I received excellent care and customer service from the staff from check in to the nurses but the Dr. Was dismissive. I was just a number and he didn't care about anything. Just came in saying what I wanted and sent me home with Tylenol. When I tried to talk to him because of my pain he said that we'll try this. If it doesn't work come back. With the amount of money it costs me just to be seen I'd rather go back to beaver. Dr. Gates was by far the worst experience I've ever had with a doctor.
