I think that for all the money these people pay Kaiser should have more respect for us and care that we get quality care within a reasonable time. To every regular person 10:30 means 10:30 not 11:30 or 12:30. The doctors get paid an hourly wage. I guess its time that Kaiser should pay my hourly wage while they make me wait to get served. Standing in line for this long is like waiting for an amusement park ride and then the ride breaks down. We need to take back out right to have great medical care!!!!
