I had the misfortune of meeting a SW and Dr for the 1st time in which I was called a liar, told I was being evasive, she also told me I was a waste of Kaiser's resources, and spoken to in an aggressive and demeaning manner by the SW. Long story short they decided to do a 5150, I have since learned it was predetermined before I even spoke with them. Apparently taking care of your mental health can only occur weekdays and during business hours (excluding lunch from 12-1). Go somewhere else. You’ll waste most of your time waiting for a response.
