5 yrs ago I began Positive Choice at Kaiser and lost 40lbs which was my goal..I was 62 male 6ft 245 lbs.. I kept the weight off till this past Xmas.. I recently reenrolled and I plan on losing the weight once again..Thank You Kaiser for providing me with the tools and the support you gave me last time.. I’m currently 240 and looking forward to obtaining my goal weight of 200-205 by the spring.. You have to be disciplined and want it and not fall down like I did and just stay with it..Thank you Kaiser! Thank you Dan B
I would give zero stars if i could. I ask Kaiser to think about the process they use, its very disorganized and difficult to obtain care. When referred by my doctor iv was put on a waiting list that after 4 months i was removed from, or some how was dropped off of the list. There is no way to respond to messages in app when receiving a message.
