The staff here are freaking outstanding! They seem incredibly experienced and are overall very kind to their patients.
My experience at Point Loma Kaiser lab was once again great. I’m glad Josselyne was the one to poke me again, because she does an excellent job at making it pain free. She is professional, informative, quick with drawing blood, and is good at what she does. Thank you Josselyne for informing me on what you do. I don’t know how she does it , but everytime sting - free!
Hannah did my labs today. She taught me something new about myself. She made it so easy and comfortable for her to draw blood. I don’t ever typically say that
Dr Marwha was very professional and prompt.He addressed all my concerns and made sure he covered all my future medical healthcare needs.
I called the Kaiser pharmacy phone number first before coming down here and it said what there are hours are and that they are closed on all major federal holidays. Today is not a major holiday, it is not a holiday at all according to the federal government. Kaiser should have put on their automated system that they were going to be closed today and they didn't so I came all the way down to the pharmacy to pick up an important prescription and they are not open.
