Great service and fast. The ultrasound tec was very patient.
Shonna greeted me and escorted me to Ralph Slusher (sp?), the ultrasound tech, both of them had such great energy! I am a nurse, so I understand what it is like for patients to get a diagnostic procedure and nervous they must feel, but Ralph did an AMAZING job at making me feel relaxed and at ease. He maintain his professionalism, especially when I kept asking about “what do you see”—- he made sure to explain the protocols of his duties and scope of practice. And he did not make me feel anxious during the procedure or after.... read more
