Always have an excellent experience here at Playa Vista. All staff are very pleasant, especially the check-in people and security guard was helpful in directing me. Easy free parking. Today I had labs drawn and the tech was excellent (unfortunately I did not get her name) and had a flu shot and went very smoothly. There was a longish wait for labs but probably because it was Friday early morning and only one tech. No wait for flu shot. Very modern clean and comfortable facility.
I love these offices, everyone is super friendly and always willing to help (although there is a Front Desk younger girl who I am assuming is still learning because does not fit in with the amazing vibes this place has). I would like to take a moment to recognize Nurse Jamila. She went above and beyond to make my recent visit, feel comfortable and at ease. Her calm demeanor and soothing tone of voice immediately helped me relax. In fact, I have not had a blood pressure reading that low in years!
