They never answer the phone and the most unfortunate part about it is that Walnut Creek and Antioch share the same number for this department. I was told by my doctor to call orthopedic department if my child needed assistance with her cast but how to call when they never ever answer the phone ?

I am an 88 yr FEMALE who has been a member of Kaiser for as long as I can remember and was just told that I could not get a pain relief injection that Dr Eftekhary told me that he would give me. DISCRIMINATION CHARGE WILL BE MADE.

Was told I’ll get a call back mid May from scheduler to schedule my mom’s surgery. When I didn’t hear back and follow up I got a snotty response that they will fit her in whenever. Typical Kaiser customer service.. which is none.
