Rude front desk staff. Months to get an appointment.
Called numerous times and nobody picks up. I need to schedule a cortisone injection, but can’t get help. I tried to book with my doctor and he says to keep calling orthopedics. I can’t wait till open enrollment. Goodbye Kaiser.
Good doctors and PAs, but the front office staff NEVER ANSWER THE PHONES. Hard to get any care if they don’t want to speak to their paying members.
They never answer the phone and the most unfortunate part about it is that Walnut Creek and Antioch share the same number for this department. I was told by my doctor to call orthopedic department if my child needed assistance with her cast but how to call when they never ever answer the phone ?
I am an 88 yr FEMALE who has been a member of Kaiser for as long as I can remember and was just told that I could not get a pain relief injection that Dr Eftekhary told me that he would give me. DISCRIMINATION CHARGE WILL BE MADE.
