Downey Kaiser lab very quick in and out on a Saturday morning. Friendly staff and it only took Stephany one poke when taking my blood.

I’ve been a Kaiser member for decades, treatment and services as well with rapid responses have become better with technology, mail delivery and quality care. I had a PCP appt yesterday, was promptly seen, given lab orders as well as urine and medications. With in 1.5 hours I had already completed the above, all under one umbrella. I’m grateful for the compassionate care I receive from my PCP and her staff at the internal medicine unit at Orchard Medical building.
I love Kaiser , I was born in Kaiser and still have it. Never leaving 65 years.
