In my latest visits to kaiser, the service has been rude and with lack of interest in helping . Doctors have been looking at me as if I get sick because of my weight and im a careless patient. Which im not. Thinking that maybe in next healthecare plan i will choose a different insurance plan
I usually dont bother to write Kaiser reviews because I've had good and bad experiences, but today I needed blood work done and I've been suffering with severe clusters of panic attacks and fainting spells. From checking in to sitting down to get my blood drawn, everyone was polite and kind. When my name was called I sat down and explain current health situation to the woman doing my blood work. Gabby is the best phlebotomist at Kaiser Orchard! She not only greets you with a smile, when you arrive at her station nervous or fearless her tone reassures you that it will be a great experience. The girl is skilled, especially for those with hard to find veins she makes the process quick, painless and best off all no ugly bruise the next day!
