Want to give zero star to Dr. Wison and this Ontario KP urgent care center. Had to sit for 1.5 hr with worsening back pain and had to leave without being seen bcoz the doctor did not show up.
My mom passed away of covid on January 25th and when we went to collect her belongings they gave us her clothes and shoes. But her purse with her car keys and brand new iPhone had been stolen. She was in a covid-19 where there was restricted access to staff only. Someone who works there stole my dead mother's belongings. Vultures!
how dare you treat your patients so bad throwing my cousin to the curb literally after being there in ICU 4 days as he was crying and begging for help while he was in so much pain. inhumane you are kaiser!!
Showed up this morning with shortness of breath and Covid symptoms. The ER sent me to my car to wait. I've been waiting in my car for 3 1/2 going on 4 hours. The wait time and service here is horrible!!!

I was in the emergency this morning & all I can say is dr. Brian Richard's & his early morning staff took care of of like no other, I had an allergic reaction to an antibiotic, dr.richards with his team, I think the blonde hair nurse name was Cass, she amazing! an Asian dude brought me warm blankets & if I can make dr Richard's my dr forever I so would, very thorough, goes beyond ur emergency! thanx again u guys were wonderful & I'll never u!
I am in so much pain with my left shoulder for over a month. Every steps took extremely long due to Covid excuse. It took 3 weeks from the date I had MRI done and wait for doctor to call me and let me know that I need surgery. I still don’t know when my surgery will be scheduled. It has been over a month since I saw my primary doctor with my left shoulder issue.
