Can’t get appointments. Referred out to vendors who don’t respond. People are going to need to die before Kaiser die anything.
Good luck getting mental health care through Kaiser. The staff are generally kind and professional, but extremely limited in their capacity to help you. Referral this, referral that. Everything is sent to outside sources that never pan through. I've been waiting months to get approved for postpartum depression care, which is something that requires immediate treatment, because appointments are far out and accomplish very little.
