my lab experience is always great, however today while i was in pain i was treated by the most kind phlebotomist nurse , the process of finding my vein and drawing blood was so quick and smooth I even forgot about my pain for a bit.
Kaiser has, by far, the greatest staff. The facility is clean, supplies are well stocked & available. We had the perfect experience from the admission desk through recovery. Everyone was pleasant, kind, professional, thorough and worked so well together. We are so blessed to be a Kaiser member for over 50 years each.
During the outpatient surgery for my arm, all the staff were very friendly and helpful. It would have been a five star rating, but the surgeon did not come see me in recovery. That would have been nice to have, just a quick visit.
Had knee surgery at Kaiser Ontario today and the Pre (Frances) and Post (Paui and Hazel) were the BEST they all took such Good care of me along with my Great Doctor's…
