Today I went to Kaiser in Ontario, California to get a Cortizone shot in my knee and I am the world’s biggest baby when it comes to pain! My PA, Dexter was wonderful, he explained every step he was taking, he was gentle and kind and mad me laugh! He made me feel relaxed and the actual shot wasn’t near as bad as I thought it would be. I will definitely request him when I have to go back for additional shots. The gentleman who supplied my knee brace was also great, he took his valuable time to make sure I had a perfect fit.
