Horrible system of medical insurance , they overcharge insurance companies , making policies so expensive charging over $400 for an eye exam, when I went somewhere else for $60 and got the eye exam.It is pathetic and our federal government should really pay attention to the horrible service.Americans are getting by this big corporation
I had an excellent experience with Victoria, the phlebotomist at Kaiser Hospital, Building D, on August 28, 2026. Victoria was professional, kind, and extremely skilled at what she does. I honestly didn’t even feel the needle when she drew my blood! Her gentle touch and pleasant demeanor made the entire experience quick, comfortable, and stress-free.
