Horrible experience take 3 hours to see a 👨🏻⚕️ doctor 🥺
RecommendedGreat experience even though it took over 5 hours, I was treated very well even though I’m an in between member at the moment due to being layed off for COVID reasons I was still treated with the upmost respect and taken care of both in the ER and in the pharmacy the next day! Always recommend Kaiser, they know how to treat people! 5 plus stars to your treatment!
RecommendedThey really have the kindest, gentlest lab technicians and their covid preventative procedures are on point. I feel safer here than at the grocery store.
Richmond Kaiser is the worse thus far in the NCAL Kaiser system. If you can avoid going there don’t!
My mom is an ICU we are calling from out of State to ask for my mom updates, she is dying and her nurse Eli told other nurse to get the updates from my brother, which he has not even call my brother for any updates, lock of empathy, Eli is a horrible human being
Find yourself another provider. My dad goes and is made to wait TWO HOURS- WITH an appointment. He’s literally there right now waiting for the doctor to do his follow up check up from having neck surgery back in June. His appt was at 2:45pm and he has yet to be seen by the doctor.🙄🤦🏽♀️
RecommendedKaiser HB is very efficient and I am usually in and out with all my appointments. Everyone is kind as well and does their best to work for your best health.
