This place is incompetent!
Recommendedmy parents both had it. My sister had it, they were all treated pretty well. They all 3 liked it when they could have it. It's not perfect but it was good for them.
Urgent care is not so "urgent ". It is the worst place to go if you really need to be seen. They are horribly slow.
God awful. The service sucks. The doctors suck. It’s a very very long wait for anything. Terrible communication in between staff. Have been sent multiple places with wrong info because no one has the slightest clue about what’s going on. This place is terrible and deserves 0 stars. Save your time and money and do not get Kaiser insurance.
