I enjoyed my visit due to many great points I’m about to list . Adriana had amazing bedside manner , she was an amazing Medical Assistant . This was my first time ever enrolling into Kaiser Permanente. I’ve heard good bad things about this Medical company. However, overall was prettiest astonished with how well I was treated as well as how fast the visit went, and my provider was above and beyond.
Concerning the lactation unit at Kaiser Ming, I am currently 5 months into exclusively breastfeeding my first baby thanks to all of their help. My goal/hope is to EBF for 12+ months and I know I can be successful with this resource available to me. My first lactation appointment was when our daughter was a couple of days old. Went to go see Annette Pellens weight management class & highly recommend it to anyone seeking weight-loss advice. The class was very informative and learned alot on how to live a healthy lifestyle. Annette was very transparent on what to do and without her class I would be on the same destructive path of binge eating. I'm grateful for her & ready for my healthy journey.
