This facility has some of the most incompetent "therapists" I have ever met. They hire anyone with a license and a pulse, and it's a major disservice to Kaiser members. Having self-harm ideation? Change your thoughts. Having PTSD flashbacks? Change your thoughts and forget about it. Having debilitating depression? Change your thoughts. I’ve read some bad reviews on google so I was anxious about going to this place but the appointment I had with IMAN RANA was so encouraging. She is an all star of a human and will always put you first so if you can request her, she WILL take care of you. She is Incredibly down to earth, companionate and Kind. She seems like the outlier at this facility based on the reviews but I have nothing but positive things to say about her. I wish to express my concerns about the disconnect between Kaiser and my mental health vendor regarding support services beyond my virtual therapy sessions. I was surprised to find that there is a significant lack of clear communication between the two organizations. As a patient, it is extremely frustrating that my requests for assistance remain unaddressed.
