Simply the worst “healthcare” possible.
Obviously, there are a wide range of experiences dealing with any company. I saw these negative reviews, and particularly the complaint about customer service and waiting on hold. I just called member services, got a long list of options, said "representative," and immediately got someone. They directed me to the pharmacy, who also picked up immediately. So there's another experience. Try calling Xfinity or PG&E or Verizon. Kaiser is much better than those companies, in my experience.
