Simply the worst “healthcare” possible.
Obviously, there are a wide range of experiences dealing with any company. I saw these negative reviews, and particularly the complaint about customer service and waiting on hold. I just called member services, got a long list of options, said "representative," and immediately got someone. They directed me to the pharmacy, who also picked up immediately. So there's another experience. Try calling Xfinity or PG&E or Verizon. Kaiser is much better than those companies, in my experience.
The employees working there are 50/50 they either enjoy their job and help you or they make your life miserable
You just wait on hold forever. They don't even give you the option to get a callback like other Kaiser numbers you may call. I just hung up after waiting over an hour, and I'm trying to get really time sensitive, important medical care/advice. So disheartening.
