The doctor who saw Melissa was ironically Dr. Kaiser he was absolutely wonderful to Melissa and us. Some things I thought could be improved are the internal communication between Northern and Southern Cal Kaisers, if they were on the same page, We would not have had to take my daughter to the ER a second time, pay another $100 copayment just to ensure we get an immediate referral to a Maxillofacial specialist for a broken jaw.
Modesto Kaiser was the cleanest Kaiser I have yet to be in. The nurses were so knowledgeable and were able to answer any questions I had. My Surgeon Dr. Van let me know what to expect and helped me feel comfortable. I pray each night that our Creator Jehovah God keeps guiding the hands of all in the Surgery Room.
Love the place! Great Dr. Isho! All in one facility. Today's event will not ruin it for me. The phlebotomist I had was not my regular. She was drilling for something. Had to tell her to take it out and use the vein in my hand. Overall. 12 years of great service.
Stockton Kaiser - too much protocol. They make a simple task complicated. No accountability on behalf of the staff. HATE IT!
