I was really surprised at the employees I seen today. No less than 20 employees walked in without masks. When handed one by the security they held in there hands as they continued walking to their destination. With COVID on the rise I would expect the Kaiser employees would have more respect for the public. My husband is having surgery and I can’t be in the hospital to wait for him. Your security guard attacked me for where I parked in the emergency room parking lot, when my 60 year old father had a heart attack you cared more about where I Parked then anything else when I only parked in a handicap spot with my tag... we ended up leaving when it got verbally insane with my 5 children in the car. You guys are horrible and nobody even cared to fix this. You guys should not have people like that working in healthcare serving a community being disrespectful and I will not let it go
Get rid of cloth seating in waiting room, clean better, enforce masks, test your workers on a weekly basis.
Had a over there phone with a dr who suggested that with the symptoms I’m having to go in to be seen he scheduled me with a dr chance who had me waiting in the lobby for almost 3 hrs and had not been seen to find out she won’t see me till the end of day Amanda Chance is a complete joke to this establishment
they take great care of you in the labor and delivery department they are very caring and sweet and help you through the hardest part of having a baby the delivery — with Marcus Aurelius.
They don’t care about their patients. My mom is in the hospital. Docs are not able to diagnosis her without completing additional tests. Those tests are not available here. We were told we would be transferred to a facility where those tests could be completed. It’s now been three days and we are still waiting. This is a joke
