I really just want to thank Sharon Morris in the pediatrician department!! Big shout out to her for helping get my son’s sports physical taken care of at short notice! kaiser representative system is bad. Every time I need to call kaiser for anything the representatives on the phone are not courteous. They always waste my time & make me feel miserable. I won't recommend kaiser.
Manassas reception Valentina and Jennifer from Administration both very helpful and good customer service. Lab collette is wonderful, very nice job. I love coming to Manassas.
