kaiser representative system is bad. Every time I need to call kaiser for anything the representatives on the phone are not courteous. They always waste my time & make me feel miserable. I won't recommend kaiser.
Manassas reception Valentina and Jennifer from Administration both very helpful and good customer service. Lab collette is wonderful, very nice job. I love coming to Manassas.
