The lactation consultant is great it helps you so much when ur first time mom! Great experience ever.
My company doe not offer Health Insurance. I was referred to KP. When I arrived there was a "Door Monitor" who immediately directed me to the Administration Office. I was greeted by the lady at the Reception Desk , who quickly directed me to Mr. Jefferies. I explained to Mr. Jefferies what I was looking for, he listened and came up with an affordable plan that I could afford which was nice. However, I was told that someone would contact me regarding my Health insurance selection. It's been a week and no one has contacted me ... read more

Staff is very rude here.
Don't join Kaiser if you want to be able to have a choice in medications, they don't give you any options. And they will just change all the ones you already have anyway.
