I love this center it's clean and nice The young lady by the name of Stephanie is superb at the front desk.I called back up to Lanham to get her name I watched this young lady as she interacted with each member today, she sat with the elderly, she chatted with us, she called for people transportation. This young lady made us feel warm and welcome even the members were saying she is good in the waiting area. I had a visit this morning and checked in with Stephanie not only is she cute, professional and courteous..she is a joy to seen Everytime I come in for a visit. We love her here, Kaiser need more kind Receptionist like her.. Thanks for coming to work
I have known Stephanie for many years, and she has always been very professional and courteous. In addition, she always extend herself while assisting patients. Secondly, I am currently undergoing rehabilitation for a knee replacement. She is an amazing person and an encouraging.
I want to Thank Stephanie the front desk for talking with and making my appointment more easier. She is great I'm a stroke patient and have to have PT and occupation therapy and everybody including the therapist. Thanks Lanham. Sherrin is amazing with helping me recover from whatever sports injury I may have. This is my second time, seeing her after four years for a different injury. She is attentive, professional,, kind, and highly skilled. She did dry needling, which was the same intervention I had last time and it worked amazing. I have had dry needle in at another non-Kaiser facility and it was not helpful. Kaiser need more PT who can do dry needling like this PT
