First, It is very difficult to get an appointment at this location. I was put on a waitlist to be scheduled. At times I would receive a message about an opening, send a confirmation text to confirm the appointment within 5 minutes of being notified, and then receive a message stating the appointment has already been filled. I had the absolute best experience with the receptionist Stephanie! I actually made a mistake by going to the main Kaiser building first which made me late for my appointment, but once I got to the lanham building Stephanie helped find an opening for my rehab. Such a blessing
Wow this is bitter sweet, this is my last appointment for PT. Stephanie has been great with every check in process. Stephanie Thanks for being a great person. Strangers are just friends you have not met yet Thanks for becoming my friend. Lanham physical therapy department have been good to me .
My physical therapist Ishioma Opia-Edemenya is the best! She explains everything so well and insures that my all my issues are addressed.
