Absolutely the worst. Was admitted to the hospital on Wed. Thurs 8a doctor ordered an MRI. They said before noon. Then early afternoon. By 6p and then 10p. Now it’s 11p and I’m supposedly 2nd in line. Could lose a foot but as long as they drag their butts and show how much they’re needed, they can work a better contract. If this is indicative of the lack of service quality and lying, then may as well just get rid of the system let us all run around like wild animals.
Mike from imaging/CT at the Irvine Alton branch is by far one of the kindest, genuinely caring, positive, and wonderful staff at Kaizer. Thank you for making me feel at ease and thank you for being you Mike. Also please consider becoming a physician, the world needs more physicians like you.
This member service was awesome. Staff were totally professional and caring from the simple employee escort from the dressing area to the radiology trailer located outside to the quality instruction and helpfulness of the radiologist. Be at ease during your experience, you're in good hands!!
Worst experience by far with any medical company. Makes me feel as if they wouldn't care if I lived or not and make no effort to get me adequate care
