I have taken my parents here for some years now. Kelly, audiologist who retired, was super duper. New audiologist was generally okay. Didn't bring up some things I knew to ask about with years of experience as a CODA. Front staff NOT GOOD. EVERYONE coming here for care is deaf. Front staff mumble and speak quickly. I've spoken to audiologist about it. Asked them to speak to front staff about it, provide them some training. At other Kaiser facilities in Redwood City, no problem. At the Audiology Center, CONSISTENTLY HORRIBLE.... read more

My experience at the Kaiser Permanente Hearing center was positive. The front desk customer service was fast, friendly, and informative. The lobby area is comfortable with lots of spacial seating. The lobby also had an air purifier. I have been to this center 3 times and each doctor/nurse was patient and helpful. The parking is free and there is plenty of space for your vehicle. If you need lunch there are also plenty of cafe's and taquerias.
