I’m so grateful for all the help I got here!! I came in around 2:40pm on a Saturday for an ear infection and was seen around 3:20 by Dr. Uhlenberg. He prescribed me a few medications for my ear infection, so I went downstairs to get them filled and was on my way shortly after 4pm I was very very pleased with my visit today. No consideration for your time. Lab Specimens lost. Lab orders cancelled after specimen were collected. MD makes you come in and pay the co-payment, just so that they can check off their boxes without any benefit to the patient/costumer. This could have been done over the phone easily. Poor communication.
