I know I got lucky with this appointment; I had looked at other facilities, and their appointments were backed up until around August. But everyone from the receptionist to the doctor was amazing, and I am glad I happen to get lucky on a rare day off. The provider even sent me a recap email after my visit, this was 5 star service all the way.
Had my annual physical exam with Dr. Sarno. The whole process went smooth, from making the appointment, taking the LAB tests, sending and receiving messages from Dr. Sarno when making special requests, etc. And received the blood draw results with 24 hours with explanations attached, and able to view history trends. Yes, I really like the Kaiser medical care system.
Lab and X-ray are grossly understaffed and horribly inefficient.
