Loann is so kind, she’s been taking care of me for the last year. From migraines to shave biopsies she’s always been dependable and knowledgeable. I had an excellent experience today at Kaiser Permanente Factoria Medical Center. PA Loann Tang was outstanding—she took the time to perform an incredibly thorough exam, carefully listened to all of my concerns, and explained everything in a way that was easy to understand. This was a very pleasant and efficient visit. The front desk staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. The medical assistant was professional, organized, and made sure everything was prepared before I saw the doctor. Dr Donaldson-Fletcher was thorough, knowledgeable, and took the time to answer all of my questions. I never felt rushed and truly appreciated the detailed explanations and attentive care. Overall, it was an excellent experience.
