I love my PCP and her support team is so helpful and responsive
Quick. Fast service. Check in can be done with machine or service rep. After check in you meet with Medical assistant than doctor within 5-10 min. Staff was friendly. If you doing wellness check you might need to get blood test which need you to fast for 8-12 hour before blood draw. I wasn't aware and had do second blood draw the following week. The Kaiser Permanente facility in Factoria is right next to I-90. It is a pretty easy location to visit compared to the Bellevue and Redmond locations. Parking is easy and I have not had any problems finding a space. I have come here a couple of times to get a flu vaccination. I found the signage to be poor as I was not sure where to go in the building. It was not clear if the vaccination was in an examination room or somewhere else.
