Avoid seeing WIlliam Fine at all costs if you value your vision. I was directed to him by Kaiser (vs. seeing a real MD) after experiencing severe floaters in my left eye -- with concerns about retinal detachment. His "diagnosis" determined that I had NO retinal damage. Two days later, I was basically blind in my left eye and needed emergency surgery for a detached retina.
Don't try calling Kaiser Permanente Eye Care because they rarely answer the phone. When they do answer the phone or eventually return your call, they make commitments they later reverse. If you can avoid this eye care solution, you should.
