Dr. Feil is a rare find. His unwavering compassion, undivided attention, and remarkable proficiency in his field set him apart. We wish we could have remained in CO to continue under his care. I highly recommend Dr. Feil from Kansas.
You will be treated as just another number with Dr. Leung. She lacks compassion, and has zero bedside manners necessary when treating patients. She is always in a rush to see her next patient. This Dr strictly follows guidelines and cares not to hear patients concerns and does not think outside the box to treat her patients, instead one must go to primary doctor/ER to get treated, by that time the issue has snowballed and all related to what Dr Leung is treating (Cancer).
Is it normal for the front desk girl to disappear for multiple minutes while people need to check in. Absolutely ridiculous!!!

She is not accessible for in person appointment at all. I waited for 2 months to book the in person appointment with her, and even had to schedule to take tim off. On the date of my appointment, 1 hour before the appointment. Someone from Kaiser called me and said that she is not available without explaining the reason why. I called back the number provided, which is the appointment center and they can't even explained to me why. She is unprofessional. After researching surgeons and seeing great reviews for Dr. Charles Chang, I was able to see him to get his opinion on my back problem. I had been suffering from 'spinal stenosis’, with pain shooting down my legs for over 3 years. THE BEST treatment I’ve ever received from anyone in the healthcare field. She’s caring, gives amazing feedback, and actually cares about her patients. I’ve been seeing her postpartum and she’s a huge reason I’ve been able to get through this time. Her team is also so helpful and kind. If you get the chance to have her as your provider you’ll understand how amazing she is. I am very lucky to have her as my psychiatrist!
