My appointment was at 3:30 They told to check in at 3:05 and I did .I waited there for an hour for the Dr to come in and check up my son. They need to honor the time of the appointment since I had my two hungry kids there waiting .
If you're on Medicare choose something besides a Kaiser Advantage plan. Amazing how one year can change the level of service. Nursing staff was great as always. Doctor wasn't inclined to listen. Morale seems down. Sad
