The staff was so kind and friendly. The only thing is the parking lot is $15 WITH validation so you’re better taking public transit or street parking. Great staff and quick entry. Dr. Malaya and Nurse Bije are so informative!
I had a wonderful experience at the Kaiser downtown office. Everyone was so kind, friendly, and helpful, from the receptionist to the X-ray technician. The lab technician was incredible! She was so gentle when drawing my blood that I barely felt anything. My nurse was also amazing, and my doctor took the time to answer all of my questions and make sure I understood everything. I truly appreciate how caring and respectful everyone was with me. Thank you to the entire team for making my visit such a positive experience! ❤
Nurses and doctors were incredibly friendly and helpful. Wait time was short but most of all the patience of the whole staff is unmatched.
