I went to Downey hospital is was horrible was in labor for 24 1st time mom didnt really know and they check me in gave me pain med right away when my pain wasn't to bad didn't really explain and then with my epidural my back now hurt I can't sleep on my belly because i cant move for a few seconds. my baby poop and they keep putting more fluid on belly and didn't recommend section even when he poop twice until my nurse told me to let them know to give me c section.dr said I was almost there to 10 when I was at 8 dialated. This was by far the best experience I’ve had at Kaiser Mammography The x-ray tech and the ultrasound tech were very friendly, very cordial and professional, and the radiologist was very professional. He was very clear on findings on my next steps. He made himself approachable where I could ask questions.

Brought my spouse in for a medical procedure and we both conclude this is the worst hospital experience we have both had in our entire lives, Not enough staff, staff tells more jokes with each other than actually doing their jobs seriously with focus, horrible wait times in THE EMERGENCY ROOM when calling for nurse aid, LEFT WAITING FOR 13 OUT OF 14 HOURS FOR A PROCEDURE THAT SHOULD TAKE MAYBE 4-6 HOURS, staff activity prioritized a racist yelling at people at full volume and harassing others instead of people who had arrive... read more

I had never been gotten treated with such respect , humanity and care in my life the line of doctors, nurses and all staff in general were impecable in their maners and actions , i wish all kaisers were like this facility.
