Great hospital great people. All of the people. From admissions to awesome nurses to fantastic doctors to incredible surgeons. And my room for 5 days was incredible. Thank you Kaiser.

I am so disappointed in the service and care in the non- emergency treatment area of this hospital. We came in with my 93 yr old father, who fell. thankfully nothing broken but a decision was made to move him to a rehabilitation hospital. I ended up speaking with 3 different case workers and a multitude of phone calls (they only called me twice) the 2nd day the nurse on duty "Amor" was very attentive, which was very comforting, however we were still there the next day, waiting for a transfer.. 3 days in bed for a 93 tr old c... read more

I’m really disappointed with the labor and delivery nurses this time. They were harsh and acted like they didn’t care. I arrived fully dilated, in severe pain, and crying out, yet they still weren’t gentle. My first delivery at Memorial Hospital was completely different — the nurses there were incredibly kind, supportive, and compassionate.

Very bad service try to make an appointment and it was denied. I submited a complaint and Stepanie call me saying that my problem was not severe enough to get an appointment to see the doctor!! Paying so much money on insurance for NOTHING!! They are full of bologna!!
