Grandma had an horrible experience. Understaffed nurses, and CNA's, won't come to you on time so she had many poop accidents in bed. Nurses don't check on you often. Had to stay a couple of days were not monitoring well enough. When using call light sometimes took about 30mins or longer. Nurses not knowledgeable enough. One nurse seems to worry too much or panics alot. What a terible service.

Regarding Pyong Sik Kim ------- My wifes been dealing with an issue for over a year. We've paid copays and fees to see primary to get to a specialist. She goes in after waiting weeks for an appointment and the guy gives her 4min of his time telling her what he thinks it is and what she needs to change. She never finished getting through symptoms or the issue and didn't get to telling him that his recommendations and what to start/stop were already part of her daily lifestyle. I’ve had a great experience with Kaiser Permanente in Downey. The facility is clean, well-organized, and runs efficiently most of the time, which makes a big difference when you’re there for appointments or urgent care. The staff is consistently professional, from the front desk to the nurses and doctors, and they take the time to listen and explain things clearly. The best labor and delivery experience ever. We welcomed our baby on the evening of April 20, and the entire experience was truly exceptional. From the morning shift nurse to the night shift team, everyone was incredibly professional, kind, and supportive. My dad went in to ER with side pain. He's 88yrs old. Almost all the nurses and Drs were very attentive and caring. He felt confident and comfortable being admitted for 3 days. Only 1 nurse and the surgeon were a little rude. I didnt catch the Nurse's name nor the Surgeon. They looked inpatient and in a hurry to get out of the room.
