I’ve only been with lady drs. And I was 8 months pregnant when I went into his care because there were no other appts. I was nervous at first but his Ma Valery made sure I was comfortable. I met with Dr Saughang Patel and I stayed with him ever since. Both him and Valery at the OB/GYN department always made sure I was comfortable and accommodated for. Dr. Merrill and his nurse Yesenia were/are some of my favorite people to visit! I actually looked forward to my OBGYN appointments during my last 3 pregnancies (2 of which Dr. Merrill delivered...lucky me)! Truly amazing and dedicated to their patients.
Dr. Poles is always very patient and informative. I appreciate him taking the time to answer my questions and make sure I'm comfortable with the medical care I receive. 😌
All I can say I am very happy to come in and see Dr Saughang Patel for my OBGYN. His staff is very nice friendly and most of all caring. I do recommend Kaiser Permanente for any kind of medical issues.
I definitely feel comfortable when attending my appointments here with Dr Patel and his assistant Valery. They make me feel heard and I know they care for my health. They also don’t have an issue with me showing up with my two toddlers; that allows me to have a stress-free appointment.
