We had the worst experience here today, and the nurse that took images was so disgustingly rude. We had a tele-health appointment. Were required to take a picture of the issue and send it in. After days of messaging back and forth we finally got to make a dermatology appointment. Took the day off, only to find out we don’t even get to see the dermatologist. They take a picture and you “have to wait two to three days until we get a call back”, but if we don’t get one we have to follow up. Sounds professional. What happened to... read more
