Everything is great except for scheduling. I couldn’t make it to the office for a blood pressure check because my work hours vary. They made me reschedule a week out for a blood pressure check really inconvenient. It’s just a blood pressure check I used to be able just to swing by whenever I had a chance to get it checked if the Doctor ordered it. The labor strike is over stop with the excuses please.
I got the most incredible service today from Linda. I had a question about a prescription that wan't filled and she was the only one there (I think they are on strike). She was so kind and friendly. Being in the service business, I can tell you that her kindness, caring and can-do attitude are what every company should strive for. Thank you.
