I was warmly and efficiently greeted, weighed and checked in. The doctor listened and was thorough in assessing by concerns and ordered labs and a referral promptly. I also called on Thursday, and I was seen on Friday. I got all 3 labs completed in the same building with the hour.
The staff are friendly, but plan on being there all day if go are going to the ER
Another good visit with a Kaiser professional and staff. I was met promptly, professionally and cheerfully by my Optometrist. I felt the visit was thorough and completed with the utmost care I could have expected.
